Foundation154 was organized to help build community through educational and charitable means. Its largest undertaking is currently that of the Elba Theatre restoration project, an opportunity to both restore a historically significant landmark and create a space dedicated to sharing and encouraging the arts through film and live performance. Foundation154 is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)3 of the U.S. tax code.
